Exclusive location
If you have your own boat, the lower flat has it's own mooring and can be a convenient way to reach the property. The sea wall around the patio is great fun for crabbing and there are nets provided for the kids and sun-loungers for the adults.
The upper flat has it's own balcony to soak up life on the water and is a great spot for a glass of wine whilst the sun sets.
